Tempe Non-Profit is looking for a highly motivated, passionate team player. Our staff are essential to strength of the organization and we hold each one to the highest degree of professionalism. This position requires the ability to understand, communicate, and work to achieve the mission of the organization. This position reports to the President of the Board of Trustees.

Primary responsibilities:
Full cycle non-profit accounting according to GAAP, including Financial Statements
Banking
Budget and Forecasting, Financial Analysis
Financial Assistance
Staff, Board and Committee Meetings
Human Resources, including Bi-Weekly Payroll and Employee Benefits Administration
Member Relations
Donor Relations and Acknowledgments
Advertising and Marketing Support, both internally and externally
Program and Event Support, including Forms Creation and Maintenance
Coordinate with Managing Director in overall leadership and management of organization

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in related field(s)
3-5 years’ experience, preferably in non-profit environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage finance related inquiries
Self-accountable to high standards
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and demands
Handle confidential information with discretion in a professional manner

Proficiencies:
QuickBooks Premier Non-Profit (desktop)
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
CRM databases (ShulCloud experience a plus)
Remote meeting platforms, e.g. Zoom
